Catalyst Condo Management

Problem

In 2016, Catalyst Condo Management was a startup company in an established industry with longstanding players and traditional rules. Catalyst had two goals in mind with its brand and marketing: generate leads to keep the doors open and deliver a quality of service that would shake up an industry long overdue for change.

The Co-Owner, Drew Spencer, knew where he wanted to take Catalyst but needed help figuring out how to get there, so he called The Marketing Girl.

Strategy

The Marketing Girl worked with Catalyst to develop a marketing strategy that mapped out precisely who Catalyst was and what they stood for and developed an action plan so they could maximize their marketing efforts. The execution strategy included website development, blogging, search engine optimization and social media.
