Excel Benefit Consulting is a reliable and trusted group benefit consulting company. They have been providing innovative group benefit solutions in Calgary for 15 years. The CEO, Caroline Kugelmass, was looking for ways to further connect with current and potential clients while also positioning themselves as experts in the concierge benefit consulting field. Additionally, they were looking to increase their brand exposure but had no idea where to begin or how to communicate the company’s brand to the masses.

Strategy

The Marketing Girl team developed a marketing strategy to help Excel attract new prospects and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients. The strategy included a blogging plan that helped them share their knowledge while positioning themselves as industry experts, attracting new clients, and boosting their search engine presence.

The TMG team also trained the internal sales staff to maximize their personal LinkedIn profiles. Lastly, TMG launched a newsletter that helped Excel connect with its clients and cross-promote its services.
